English books for C1 level (advanced)

C1 books are the originals as an educated native reader meets them: dense prose, irony, dialect and nineteenth-century sentence structure. The translation is there for the hard lines and the dictionary for the rare words. If a page needs the translation on every sentence, drop back to B2 for a while.
